About the EGA - Structure
Structure of EGA
The EGA's main decision-making body is the Board. This is elected once a year at the Annual General Meeting and consists of representatives of member companies and associations. The management of the EGA is carried out by an Executive Committee.
Technical review of EU and international proposals and the formulation
of detailed EGA policies are carried out by six committees. These are: the
Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Committee, the Health Economics Committee,
the Legal Affairs (IP) Committee, the CEE & Accession Committee, the Biotechnology
& Biosimilars Committee, and the National Associations Committee.
