 Overview
- This section presents a collection of official documents and EGA policy papers relating to
intellectual property issues involving the pharmaceuticals industry.
In particular, this section holds information on the recently adopted
IP Enforcement Directive and on the ongoing debate over the Community Patent.
The area of data exclusivity is also covered, as is the Doha Agreement
of August 2003 on access to generic medicines for developing countries
and the ensuing debate over its implementation.
